Mind Body Wellness Day
January 3rd is International Mind-Body Wellness Day. Mind, body and spirit have always been our foundation. Self reflection and mindfulness allow us to check in with our emotions, which can have positive effects on our physical wellbeing. Self reflection can be done in many ways, whether it is by journalling your thoughts or 30 minutes of meditation every week.

Community Connection
Connecting with your community can positively impact your physical and mental wellness. With fitness classes ranging from Zumba and Shallow/Deep water fitness, to HIIT via drumming, there are so many ways to move your body while engaging in a social setting! Mental Wellness
We believe in supporting the journey to wellness in all capacities. The Y Mind Mental Wellness program is a free 7-week program that helps individuals manage and cope with stress and anxiety. Two groups, Youth (13-17) and young adults (18-30) work alongside like-minded individuals to build tools that can be used during times of overwhelming situations and stress.
